Job Description

As a terminal manager in Timrå, you will be part of a team of about 70 people consisting of terminal workers, drivers, and office staff.

Your main responsibilities include:

• responsibility for staffing in the work team
• leading and distributing work at the terminal
• ensuring that routines are followed
• coaching and following up with your employees
• approving time reports
• participating in the recruitment of new employees

You will be involved in the daily work at the terminal and work together with your team. At the same time, you ensure that workplace safety and environmental routines are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience in terminal work and leadership (required)
• Forklift license (required)
• Good computer skills and comfortable with digital tools
• Preferred: C/CE driver's license and experience with wheel loaders
